My Passion Is Real Estate as a Multi-Home Owner, Vacation Property Management/Owner, Investor, Landlord, and Advisor

From an early age, I realized that investing in real estate was a way to secure financial freedom for me and my family. Since graduating from college, I have invested in bank-owned properties, condos, vacation properties, and single-family homes. I also have extensive experience renovating and updating homes and have served as the general contractor on my own projects. This experience has proven invaluable to both me and my clients.

My passion for real estate made it a natural progression to become a Realtor in 2018. I left my full-time high-technology sales career to pursue a path that allows me to leverage my decades of experience as an investor while helping others move forward on their own journey toward homeownership and investment.

Some key facts about me:

I grew up in Chelmsford, MA and currently reside in Watertown, MA, where I have lived for the past eight years.

I am licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Over the years, I have lived in Dover, Sunapee, and Manchester, NH.

I have a strong understanding of the New Hampshire real estate market, particularly in Southern New Hampshire.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from UMass Lowell.

I currently own and manage four rental properties—two in Florida and two in Massachusetts—and have experience with both short-term and long-term rentals.

I also help my partner, Andrea, manage her investment property in Arlington. Andrea is a local Boston architect and a valuable resource.

I am learning Spanish as a second language and can read, write, and comprehend it.

I am an avid master rower and a member of Riverside Rowing Club in Cambridge, where I am an active club member. My other passions include golf, cross-country skiing, and travel.

I am a proud father of two young adult children who are living stable and healthy lives. I also have two small Chihuahua–Terrier pups that I adore.

One of my strongest capabilities is my ability to evaluate a home much like a home inspector would. I have a solid background in structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and my observations often align closely with what inspectors later confirm.

I have lived in the Metro Boston and Metro North areas for most of my adult life and am very familiar with the surrounding towns, their key characteristics, and their market differences. I am skilled at understanding market trends and timing when it comes to the best time to buy or sell. My priority is always what is best for my clients and helping them achieve their goals.
