Margaret, a native South Boston resident, has had the opportunity to live in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Italy, and France. She returned to South Boston in 1998 to be a part of the change and revitalization of the neighborhood.
As a real estate professional with more than 5 years in the business, Margaret has a solid client base of both sellers and buyers. Given her poise and track record of exceeding customer expecations, many of Margaret’s clients are the result of client referral. She prides herself on maintaining open and honest communication and offering sound advice on the current market conditions, both of which allow her clients to make the best possible decisions selling or buying property.
With Margaret’s tenure in South Boston, she has developed a strong network of trusted professionals in the mortgage, real estate law, design, and construction industries.
Margaret has a background in both fashion and interior design, and she has owned and operated her own business. She is proactively involved in effecting positive change in and around South Boston, but she realzes that some of the old school rules still do apply. She has a passion for improving neighborhood conditions to help maintain and increase the value of real estate in Boston.
Margaret resides in South Boston with her husband and daughter. She will be focused on working with both sellers and buyers, as well as renters, across South Boston, the Seaport District, South End, and Dorchester.
