Tasha is a Real Estate Advisor that specializes in relocation services, rentals, and sales all over Eastern Massachusetts. Relocation services has no end point for Tasha, she is willing to travel wherever a client is in need of her services but concentrates in the urban community in which she is from. Tasha’s main focus is the Greater Boston area particularly Downtown Boston, Dorchester, Roxbury, and Mattapan but not excluding Cambridge, Brookline, Jamaica Plain and other areas. With many years of experience in housing services, her roots to real estate began as a child where her father, a well known general contractor, taught her how to “flip a house” teaching her the process on how to buy, remodel, and re-sell multi-family homes for profit. Tasha now coordinates the entire process for her own clients. Keeping clients in the loop of all major dealings, Tasha keeps all of her clients ahead of the game in the real estate market on inside sales and unpublished listings.
Clients feel comfortable knowing that they are working with a knowledgeable agent that knows the ins and outs of the city, from the side streets for the fastest routes to work to the best places to eat in Boston. Relocation Clients are at ease knowing that they can just move into their new home with a suitcase and Tasha takes care of the rest. Tasha also carries years of experience in Property Management, working with landlords as the direct liaison for all tenant service matters, accounting and maintaining 100% occupancy to produce steady profit.
Tasha is Boston born and North Carolinian bred, priding herself on having Southern Belle mannerisms with city girl intellect; she is well rounded and very well versed. She attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Tasha is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary Public.
When she’s not saving the world from a housing crisis and finding clients their perfect home, she enjoys biking, jogging, and going to the beach with family and friends. Tasha is an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and is the head of the Sunshine Committee.
