Marcelo is from East Bridgewater, MA, and has an extensive background in public and commercial construction management and residential real estate development/redevelopment. As an Army Veteran, Marcelo served his last assignment with the 23rd Brigade Engineer Battalion to support building mechanics management. Also while in the military, he worked toward his degree in Building Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology, in Boston, MA.
