Commission Disbursement Instruction

Formerly the "commission statement" or "invoice for services." Use this form to generate the official payment instruction for your closing — it tells the settlement agent what's due and that payment goes to Stuart St James, Inc. Complete it once per transaction, as soon as you have a firm closing date. The instruction is emailed directly to the closing attorney, with copies to you and the brokerage, under a unique instruction number the settlement agent can use to verify authenticity. Takes about two minutes.
