A lifelong Massachusetts resident growing up in Melrose and currently living in Marblehead, Andrew is very familiar with Massachusetts’ North Shore and the Boston Metropolitan Area. “I chose to come onboard with SSJ because I have the mindset of rolling up my sleeves and figuring things out. I have been in the corporate world for 20 years and got tired of the politics and structure associated with it, so a larger brokerage with structured management, training and face time didn’t feel right for me. I was looking at smaller brokerages and then came across the SSJ and the 100% commission model. I was a bit sceptical at first, like where’s the catch? As a consultant I know I have the skill set to sell real estate, develop relationships and build my brand, but I was weary of having no support with a virtual model. After a conversation with Darin, the owner, I was assured that I wouldn’t be hung out to dry. Shortly after graduating college, Andrew began investing in real estate when he bought his first investment property with a friend in Chelsea. Over the years Andrew has developed a long-term buy-and-hold real estate investment strategy that includes both traditional and short-term rental properties. As a MA real estate investor agent, Andrew is excited to share his story and help investors at all levels meet their real estate investment goals.
Outside of real estate, Andrew’s professional career spans a variety of corporate human resources roles. Most recently his focus has been on human capital management (HCM) technology consulting. He has managed large implementations of HCM software and led strategic HR technology engagements with clients. Throughout his career, Andrew has guided clients on how to improve HR technology and processes to create better employee experiences for employees that expect consumer-like experiences in the workplace.
Andrew earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of MA at Amherst and a Masters Degree in Leadership from Northeastern University.
