Our new real estate office location supports the growth of Stuart St James as a brokerage and aligns with the virtual real estate brokerage model we offer agents. Real estate agents at Stuart St James are not required to do “floor time”, attend erroneous meetings, or pay fees for real estate office technology and/or equipment they do not use, want, or need.
We support and realize that a professional office setting and the use of conference rooms and the like should be easily accessible during the course of supporting and servicing clients throughout the real estate transaction process, and are happy to offer these amenities to both our agents and clients alike.
We’re excited we have the opportunity to stay in the heart of Boston’s downtown city center, using our new location as a hub of activity in serving real estate clients across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
