I created Lemire Referral Collective because I’m at my best when I’m helping people feel grounded before they step into something big. Taking the 16 personalities test made me aware of how my presence can contribute to the real estate world in a way that honors who I am vs not so that ultimately, it's in service to you.

My results explain to me why I've lived my life doing certain jobs and why I am in general the way I am; where my strong suits are, as well as weaknesses. My personality traits and nature show up in the way I protect, the way I listen, and the way I instinctively understand what someone needs to feel safe and supported.
